Policies & Procedures: Shipping Requests

ANS is pleased to offer several shipping options when you require assistance to ship your gear. Customers that require shipping outside of the United States should choose Option C:

Option A:

You provide appropriate packing material and a completed waybill. ANS will charge you for time at standard billable rates. Your completed waybill and packing materials must be received by the site within 5 business days from this request.

Option B:

ANS will either pack and ship your equipment or contract a shipping vendor to pack and ship your equipment. ANS will charge you for time and materials at standard billable rates, as well as any shipping costs incurred (including insurance). Note that shipping costs may vary depending on actual weight and/or value of the equipment. The total declared value of any one shipment may not exceed $25,000 USD.

Option C:

Your shipping vendor will pack and ship your equipment. There is no charge from ANS for this option. Please use this option if you require an international shipment. Important: ANS may not ship or allow shipments of customer equipment without your waiver and consent. Please review our policies on customer shipments in the ANS Policies and Procedures Manual.
